Things to note

• Products and variants are matched by SKU, so each item you want to sync needs the same SKU on every connected platform.
• Only variants with tracked stock are synced. Items set to unlimited stock in Squarespace are skipped because they have no quantity to sync.
• Physical and digital products are supported. Services and gift cards have no inventory counts and are not included.
• The connector syncs inventory quantities only. Product names, prices, descriptions, and images stay as they are on each platform.
• SyncPenguin updates stock for existing products and does not create or delete products in Squarespace. Add the product with a matching SKU in Squarespace first, and SyncPenguin will start syncing its stock.
• Changes are synced on a regular schedule, not instantly. During very busy sales there may be a short delay before every channel shows the update.
