SyncPenguin's connector for Outlook calendar meetings
Sync your Outlook calendar meetings two-way or one-way with other apps and services
How does it work?
What can Outlook calendar meetings be synced with?
Popular real-world use cases
- Combine several Outlook calendars into one master calendar, using categories to label where each meeting came from.
- Import events from a public or shared iCalendar (.ICS) feed into your Outlook calendar. Sport schedules, school calendars and booking feeds are common examples.
Key features
Near Real-Time Sync
Outlook notifies SyncPenguin about new, changed and deleted meetings, so updates reach your other calendars within moments.
Full Recurrence Support
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly patterns sync accurately, including deleted occurrences and edited single instances.
No Duplicates
Before creating a meeting, SyncPenguin checks whether a matching meeting already exists, which keeps your calendars clean during initial merges.
Privacy Controls
Sync full details, or share only "Busy" time blocks. You can also filter by sensitivity, categories or free/busy status.
Any Calendar
Choose any calendar in your Outlook account, or connect a shared or room calendar by email address.
Affordable & Scalable
With SyncPenguin you only pay for changes to your data, regardless of how many meetings you initially have, or will have in the future.
Supported fields
Things to note
- Attendees, responses and organizer details can be used in filters and rules, but they are not copied to Outlook. SyncPenguin never sends meeting invitations on your behalf.
- To avoid sending unwanted update notices to other people, SyncPenguin does not modify Outlook meetings that have attendees.
- Reminders sync as on or off only. The reminder time follows your Outlook default settings.
- Changes to past one-time meetings older than about a month are not synced. Recurring series that ended more than a year ago are skipped. This keeps syncing focused on current and upcoming events.
- Online meeting links from other calendars are added to Outlook meetings as a reference link. New Teams meetings are not created automatically.
- Custom fields and file attachments are not synced.
- Start, End and All-day fields must be included in the field mapping for meetings to be created or updated in Outlook.
